  • Information architecture of the site

    • Timebox 30 min discussion on the next mini-sprint. Especially the nav.
    • Brainstorm on homepage, what to highlight on hero area. OK
    • Every conf should have one home page with group picture and link to the site, dates, and amount of participants. OK.
      • Same for symposia
    • Tag sprints as sprints, and conferences as conferences
    • Improve event listing template, not pretty Sprints — Plone: Enterprise Level CMS - Free and OpenSource - Community Driven - Secure - issue created

    • Idea: A content rule that creates some content structure for a news item
  • There are news item that just sit there?

    • Rotate responsibility? Month of site duties?
    • But also some news items from us that just are not ready. Continue discussion next time
  • Old news items from structured text to normal?

    • Just copy and paste. Write instructions.
      • The correct format is: enable text-structured

    • Try it on the test site and then decide. Create 4 example news.
