Unfortunatly it is not a joke, it is the way I see it after testing Plone 5 in the last few weeks.

Reading many of the old posts here at the community forum, it amazes me how some of the core devs try real hard to not see the reality with Plone, and to not listen to others that have different opinions!

I have been pointing some regressions from Plone 4.1, but it just feel like no one really cares about.
Most of the regressions are minor, but others are important, like this

Problems with plone.app.event (Plone 5)

create a Collection to show just some events, not necessarily in the future. Change the 'display' (layout) of the Collection results and choose event_listing. You get a page with title Future events, even if your events are not in the future! Worse: create a Collection to show events in the past, sort on 'Event end date' with 'Reversed Order', and the result page still tell you "Future events" and does not respect the order (even if when editing, the sorting appears correctly) etc... Problem with Barceloneta theme

Hi! I followed the many advices that the easiest way to learn theming in Plone 5 is to copy the Barceloneta theme and start customizing from there. Now I have a theme that pleases me, but when I upgraded to Plone 5.0.3 I could not get the new improvements of the Barceloneta theme, for instance, the lead image properly centered in the modal pop-up, to be replicated in my theme. And, even if it is unfair to compare Drupal to Plone in terms of resources (and the people from Drupal worked really hard in the past and deserve what they enjoy now), you can compare the attitude in general, and that means a lot.
