On behalf of Zope developer community I am pleased to announce the release of Zope 6.3.
Zope 6.3 updates dependency version pins to mitigate the eMudhra Intermediate CA compromise, see https://emudhra.we-have-a-problem.com/ and Information for Python users regarding eMudhra / emSign CA certificate security incident - Announcements - Discussions on Python.org .
Zope 6.3 adds official support for Python 3.15 and drops support for Python 3.10, which has changed to end-of-life status on October 1, 2026.
Due to the security-related fixes we recommend all Zope users to update as soon as possible. The Plone project has published their own dependency version pins with the latest Plone releases, which will pick up fixes automatically.
