Why we can't directly modify the contant inside omelete Folder ? Why we rae required to make customizations / theme / ... folder to overide our componet?
You make your code in your packages because you want it maintainable. Forking upstream in un-trackable ways is gifting pain, confusion, and sadness to whoever succeeds you in maintaining what you do, even if that successor is your future self.
