Where is plone.app.caching controlpanel?

It's plone.app.caching aka its control panel supposed to be available with Plone 5 out of the box?
plone.app.caching is included in my bin/instance script but I do not see anything related inside the control panel?!

It's included, but not actually activated (and doesn't show up in the Add-ons control panel). The control panel will show up after you import the 'HTTP caching support' profile in portal_setup.

Are you sure (or am I misunderstanding)?
