What's the status of Plone 4.3.16?

It's ready-ish. I have a couple more things to do and then I'll announce it as pending. Feel free to test out what's there in the meantime.

4.3.17-pending seems to be working ok so far in a few support projects. Small version things (ecosystem) have been passed on to @mauritsvanrees for verification

hold a second: I finished the translations for Brazilian Portuguese; we will need a new release after the PR is reviewed and merged.

Brazilian Portuguese translation is now at 100% in Plone 4.3 branch; I need a new release and update the versions.cfg file to plone.app.locales = 4.3.15.

plone.app.contenttypes can be 1.1.5 instead of 1.1.4 now in the versions.cfg of 4.3.17-pending

@hvelarde are you planning to fix that? Unless someone works on it this week I do not think we should hold of the release of 4.3.17 for it.
