Volto site: what in the front end is tied to the domain?

I have a Volto site that is running from a VM on at the URL https://new.waverobotics.com

If I change DNS so that the same site and VM is served from https://waverobotics.com, the site seems to work and it renders nicely EXCEPT for the "portal tab" area at the top of the front page. (There are possibly other elements that are not rendered, but I didn't check)

The non-appearing UI elements are expecting to be served from the old domain.

Do I need to rebuild the front end so it knows it is being served from the new domain?

How is Volto configured to access the backend API? I think this could happen if it’s calling the backend with a virtual host path that includes new.waverobotics.com

Thanks again @davisagli ! The fix was to update the nginx configuration and update the domain name in there. After a subsequent DNS update, the site is rendering correctly!
