Volto hands on: Making the Title block deletable

I am following volto hands on, in plone training, I am stuck at section 8.2 Making the Title block deletable

with the following code change, I got the delete icon at title when editing the page, but when I click it nothing happens.

I think you need to add other block so you can delete that one, like add an empty one
