Volto Blocks - restricted choose or defined preset?

Is it possible to specify the block order or to restrict it to a precisely defined set of available configurations?
Background: let Editors only fill content, not design her own pages with a lot of blocks.

What i mean:

Example:

a valid config is:

Block A - List Block Images Slider
Block B - Text
Block C - Text
Block D - List Block News
Block E - Video

but never

Block E - Video
Block D - List Block News
Block A - List Block Images Slider
Block B - Text
Block C - Text

i know there is a chapter about restricted block in the docs. But that doesn’t look like the right direction to me.

Is the BlockChooser configurable in this way: select only Block B if Block A below, and so on?
