Vhost APACHE 2 - SSL, Hide Port

Hello all,

I set-up a new installation of plone5. I need some help with the vhost of this system. I need to hide the port 8080 and i want to directly redirect on my plone. I do not want to go through the page that asks me if I want to access my plone or create a new one.

If any one have this vhost with ssl i need this.
