I'm trying to do this upgrade using @@export_import and many of my sites are showing this error, the folder highlighted in the error no longer exists.
Could someone help me, thank you very much

If the folder does not exist, but you have brain that points to it, you need to clean up your catalog.

My difficulty is how do I clean this reference, in which part of the system do I perform this action?

There's the Clear and Rebuild button in the catalog ZMI "Advanced" tab ... depending on how many content you have, this can take a long time and unfortunately you do not have a progress in the log for that. You need to wait until its finished.

You also can try to remove this single brain manually by searching in. the "Content" ZMI tab on portal_catalog for it and remove it. But maybe you have more broken brains.
