Training Docs: Footer Logo Link Issue

Hi Plone community,

I'm working through the excellent training materials (thanks for those!), and I've found a small issue in the Training 2024 docs.

On this page: A Tour of Plone – Content Editing for Plone — Plone Training 2025 documentation, at point number 10, the documentation incorrectly states: "Clicking on the footer logo seen in this example takes you to https://plone.org, not the home of this site."

However, on the actual demo site (https://demo.plone.org/), clicking the footer logo correctly redirects to the demo site's homepage.

The documentation is out of sync with the demo site's behavior and needs to be updated in this file: training/docs/content-editing/tour-of-plone.md at main · plone/training · GitHub

I'm happy to submit a correction if approved / allowed, but my availability is limited at the moment. If someone needs this updated quickly, please feel free to take it on. Otherwise, I'll get to it in a couple of hours.

Thanks @modesage I am surprised that the behaviour of the demo site would have changed so recently! I will fix that.
