Text/plain instead of text/html

Some pages on a site returns text/plain instead of text/html
It looks like it is Easyform and/or Mosaic.

  1. Is this a problem (with google bots, add etc)
  2. What is 'the right way to fix it' (can it / should it be done in rules.xml or apache)
