I have known Gabrielle, Calvin, Chrissy, and Carol at Six Feet Up since 2008 (and have been on the Plone Foundation board with Chrissy and Carol for my 5th year now!) but it was only recently that I joined the company as a project management team lead. One of the many things that convinced me to do so was the excellent processes they have in place for setting objectives, communicating them openly, and making it possible for developers to really focus on their job.
