I have the painful duty to communicate the death of Jean Ferri, after several years struggling with a very aggressive cancer on June 29 at night and rest in Peace.
Jean Ferri is a hero in South America for his contributions to Python / Zope / Plone, especially his professional achievements in Brazil, helped to position Zope / Plone in Brazil in large measure.

Many things we owe to Jean, because he gave much to all his family, friends and activists in general.

Tengo el penoso deber de comunicar el fallecimiento de Jean Ferri, luego de varios anos luchando con un cáncer muy agresivo el día 29 de Junio en la noche ya descanso en Paz.
Jean Ferri es un héroe en la zona de sudamerica por sus contribuciones a Python / Zope / Plone, especialmente sus logros profesionales en Brasil, ayudo a posicionar en gran medida a Zope / Plone en Brasil.
