Running training backend on windows

Hello,
Currently the training docs have instructions to install Plone Backend in Linux.
Are there any instructions page for the same in windows? Or is it better to use WSL or VirtualBox?

Its even better to use a linux OS/debian. You could try one of the most popular one out there in the Ubuntu
