The first screenshot is the official plone training screenshot(features of plone -- starting and stopping the frontend)
and the 2nd screenshot is the frontend plone running on my laptop, even though i followed all steps, i dont see the violet pink colored font of MASTERING PLONE DEVELOPMENT , and instead see only thr Plone (black colored font on top left corner)..why is it?
Hi Aryan,
It is just a logo. If you install Plone using cookieplone, it will default to the black Plone logo. Nothing to worry about, your installation seems to be running just fine.
If you like, you can change the logo to match the training. Just logon to the backend http://localhost:8080, click Site Settings, Site and change the logo.
There are two frontend installation options.
It looks like you went with Option 1, instead of Option 2, but I'm not sure. Perhaps @ksuess who maintains the training can clarify?
The screenshots needed an update, which is done now.
