Hello Plone community,
I am Front-End web developer with an experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Typescript.
I would like to start my journey of contributing to open source with plone by contributing to volto Front-End.

Currently I am going through training page.

Would like to know if I have to contact mentor before sending proposal?
Also contribution guidelines says that it is necessary to sign an agreement before creating PR, do I have to do that?

The proposal period is still more than 1 month away, you can start discussing ideas and solutions with your mentor iff they are available.
