What would we call the Plone equivalent?
We didn't get selected for Google Summer of Code this year. There's a lack of new developers coming into Plone. At last year's Plone Conference, @fredvd talked about the overburdened capacity of volunteers in the Admin Team. There's an ongoing search for my replacement as Interim Treasurer on the Board. There's a gap of how to level up skills and experience to sustain, much less grow, all the roles that people fulfill in the community.
I think that a program similar to Djangonauts in the Plone community would be a good fit.
