Attendees: @astridjuizi @Fosten @juliozinga @rioksane @Alexander_Loechel (and @vipod a bit later after the meeting)

Key discussion points and actions included:

  1. Tidying up LinkedIn account a bit. Name change, and superusers. 17 new followers in the last 30 days. Good growth and engagement in general.
  2. Planning for next Tune-up Day June 20, with AMA with @Fosten .
  3. New and returning Plone Providers. Good to see! Providers and Sponsors section on plone.org needs attention. Sessions booked to work together on those two, in the next week.
  4. plone.org to cookieplone - hope this is on the list for Axolote sprint. Marketing team members showing availability remotely during the sprint for the content side of things.
  5. News items written - @jhgouveia AMA, and WPD recap. To post on socials and other communication channels.
  6. Conference planning is going well. 25 abstracts already. Need more Plone as many are Pycon. Training roster filling up too. Keynotes sorted.

Next Marketing team meeting is scheduled for 1 July 2025 @ 16h30 CEST.
