My installation formerly was for Plone 5.2a1 which I tried to upgrade to Plone 5.2a3-pending by installing the corresponding versions.cfg file.
What can I do that plone.staticresources is found?
Solved by updating buildout.coredev (which apparently gives something newer than 5.2a3-pending).
