In the Russian-speaking Plone community, after the question how to migrate from Plone 4.x to 5.x I was advised to migrate to Drupal 
- It is difficult to find the answer to the problems.
- Problem very slow fix obvious issues.
- 5.x cannot be used on non-English locale.
From the switch to Drupal only stops me running slow on my hardware. Subjectively.
