New Docs release week 14 of 2018

Hey there, we are planning to release a new build of docs.plone.org in week 14.

If you are working on (for example) on buildout.coredev, bobtemplates.plone, plone.docker, our Ansible kit, etc, now is the time to merge/improve/update the docs ! :slight_smile:

Besides updating the docs, we will also (hopefully) improve the CI setup by moving to new and improved tests with a different (new) setup.
