I am trying to develop recycle bin for plone. I installed plone 6 using this link::https://6.dev-docs.plone.org/install/source-step-by-step.html#install-source-stepbystep-start-label
Its rendering like this. Although everything works properly the GUI is not rendering.
Can you guys help me out??

Please try localhost instead of 127.0.0.1
I can reproduce the lack of "barceloneta.min.css" with the latter.
Alternatively, visit http://127.0.0.1:8080/test1/@@theming-controlpanel and remove it from the unthemed hostnames.
Take a look at the Network Monitor of Firefox to see which requests are failing.
Evtl. change the host from 127.0.0.1 to * in etc/zope.ini.
sed -i 's/^host = 127.0.0.1$/host = */' etc/zope.ini
