next.plone.org : working on infrastructure and a SSOT content type to handle members, organizations. Also collective case study. Want to add something related to the new website into the PloneConf goodie bag. Looks like the site won't be live by the conference.

working on social media messaging around the newly released Community Recognition Program page on plone.org. The community recognition group is working on the plone.org footer layout changes.

PloneConf update: Training schedule is out. Working on the talk schedule. Planning an AMA with the Conf organizing team soon - coming live from Maastricht - tbc.

Working on the August Plone Newsletter, new Plone Foundation members announcement, Foundation Board voting and meeting notes updates. If you want something mentioned in the newsletter, email marketing@plone.org.

Ongoing work on the Sovereign Tech Agency fund application. We need specific pieces of work that can be used to apply for funding. A PLIP you want funded? Let us know (astrid@plone.org or treasurer@plone.org). This is what we need:
- Title: give your work a name that describes what you plan to do
- Lead person: the person who takes responsibility for this
- Contributors: names of people who have agreed to help/you plan to approach
- Objectives:
- Activities/tasks: list the process of how this might be built. (include PR/PLIPs)
- Hours: how many hours do you think this will take to build this?
- How does this contribute to the improvement or maintenance of the technology? Focus on security and resilience.
New items:
- Looking at Matomo analytics over time to possibly present at PloneConf.
- A reusable “Plone Conference 2026 Story Engine” (Armin) - in a gitlab repo. Ruben to give it a try with Armin.
