  • First half of 2026 highlights - sustained work on rebuilding Plone's public presence, World Plone Day2026 & work towards new plone.org . Thank you everyone

  • Items from last meeting:

    • T-shirts: Axolote and Salamina still coming up. Discussions around whether to repeat in 2027 - look at budget.
    • New plone.org
      • next.plone.org is up.
      • Sept 1 soft launch planned. Board has access and can view for oversight.
      • Content grooming ongoing
      • Case study content type and other content types. Brian meeting with Erico later this week.
      • plone.exportimport vs copy/paste - no progress
      • Forms break in Alpha.30 - no progress
      • Plone Community recognition program and layout for website: Timo's draft page sent to Board for oversight. Start looking at website layout where this can go on current and next.plone.org layout. Armin offered design assistance for tile layout.
    • PloneConf update from Ruben
      • First few sponsors secured (and posted on the website) :flexed_biceps:
      • Business Track page is live on the website (the concept got the buy-in from most companies, still waiting on final confirmation from some)
      • EuroPython Society Grants application almost completed, will send it soon (thank you Rikupekka for sending yours)
      • Global south tickets & plone party tickets (for people that will only come to the party like partners) on the way
      • CFP starting to come in, reaching out to previous speakers
      • More trainings are needed
      • German track
        • Armin filed in a related grant request to the Python Software Verband
        • tagung.plone.de landing page pointing at Plone Conf online CfP + Sponsorpage in German.
        • Some Social Media posts
    • Testing non-PLIP system - Astrid implemented the changes. AlexP completed the process. Discussion re: when this is needed.
    • STA update: ongoing, another session tomorrow.
    • Renaming all spaces Plone Classic → Plone Blicca: ongoing
    • Ongoing Strategy
      • Plone Short Interview Production (using Streamyard) ideas discussed. TBC
      • Feedback from Board discussed.
    • Case studies: webcloud7 - see emails. Brazilian case studies.
    • June Newsletter has been sent.
    • Sprint reports - PPPS coming soon

  • Calendar tasks for next 2 weeks: social posts, Tune Up Day on 17 July.

  • Plone Tune Up Days (next one is on 17 July) this needs some love. Ideas discussed.
  • Items to take to Steering Circle this Thurs 2 July: show next.plone.org for feedback. Specific input for STA application.
