- plone.org whole site update: work continues on next.plone.org and dev.plone.org, including front page copy and design refinements. The Marketing Team confirmed that it owns approval and stewardship of the new website.
- Showcase section (Tania): now part of the broader next.plone.org project.
- Feedback workflows using the experimental non-PLIP review process are being tested with the Sponsorship requirements text for possible future site improvements.
- PloneConf 2026: Guido prepared communication planning and business track content. Social channel updates and refreshed conference branding are in progress.
- Plone 6.2 release: release announcement preparations continue, including news content, visuals, and coordinated social media rollout once released.
- Plone Labs: discussions continue around branding and visibility for the initiative.
- Accessibility Team: another meeting is coming soon; Marketing will coordinate communication support as needed.

- Content team for plone.org: a dedicated IA/content working group has formed including Tania, Guido, Karel, Astrid, Rikupekka, Brian, and Fred. A dedicated Discord channel has been created to coordinate next.plone.org content and structure work.
- Release announcement group of people (from Marketing and Release Managers) to chat on May 20, 2026 - using 6.2 release to find a good way to coordinate future release announcements.
- Brand and marketing guidelines: discussion around maintaining Plone’s brand voice through collaborative editorial stewardship.
- June Plone Newsletter: planning has started.
- Jon Cherry sessions: the community plans to continue the online discussions and work towards presenting outcomes at Plone Conference 2026.
- Community recognition programme: receiving attention at current Beethoven Sprint.
- AI's impact on contribution: the team noted Drupal’s published AI contribution policy as a possible reference point for future Plone discussions.
