- WPD2026: feedback from the Board: Good. Do again.
- plone.org whole site update: we have design signoff - @aboycalledhero decides if any change requests are implemented or even discussed in the next 4 weeks. Tania offered to send more copy to assist with templating the sections that are currently still lorem ipsem. RIkupekka attending Beethoven Sprint and to follow up with @fredvd re next.plone.org.
- Plone 6.2 release announcement prep: Tania, Guido & Astrid to meet 6 May to discuss the Release announcement process. Quotes from release managers are in place. 6.2 expected with Beethoven Sprint.
- Calendar items in next two weeks were identified.
- Prepping for another 1 hr online session with Jon Cherry at next Tune Up Day 15 May. Will be announced on Discord. Let marketing@plone.org know if you'd like to participate but have specific time constraints. The session will be recorded and transcript generated.
- Sprint funding requirements for reimbursement: copy needs updating on plone.org. Testing system to make Marketing activities more visible with this issue. Astrid to update the content and send to Alex P

- Accessibility Team (volto-accessibility team on github) organized by @Wagner3UB, will meet every 3 weeks. Brian and Matt Barkau to join. Actions: need a page on Teams, news item and social media posts eventually.
- April Plone Newsletter: stats look good.
