WPD 2025 debrief
Main focus of today's meeting. WPD went well, 48 videos in total, and new YT subscribers (the Plone channel now has >1400 subscribers). The descriptions under each video seem to be helping with SEO. Community members (especially the younger ones) are engaging with the content, commenting on the videos etc. A few things were decided that will also be applied to PloneConf videos, incl the end slide of each video should have "next video suggestion" and "subscribe" button. SOP to be written for WPD, and tasks to be shared more next time. AMA with David Glick and Erico was a highlight.
@Sally led the discussion on use of sliders and "Read more" - use should be discontinued/adjusted (sliders) and discontinued (Read more). Some changes already implemented on the plone.org home page, and the latest newsletter.
Streamlined the News & Events dropdown menu: - added Plone Hands-On, and split out "Highlights" section for Conf, WPD and Join the Newsletter.
Plone query from German client
Feedback from Alexander re Plone info request from German client: went well, he's spent quite a bit of time and energy on this. Really excellent Plone marketing and representation, thank you Alexander. They will contact providers soon.
Discussion on providers page on plone.org: possibly update to include more info on each vendor, and also relook at navigation here from the homepage.

Plone Tune-up
