Attendees: Astrid, Brian, Rikupekka (and Julio later)

Key discussion points included:

WPD 2025 Planning (April 10th)
Main focus of today's meeting. Lots of videos coming in. Brian has scheduled the social posts for each video. We recorded an intro video to be used as the first video of the day on 10 April. After the meeting Julio created a YT short as a WPD teaser - Astrid posted it on the social channels. Erico also sent us three teasers - still to be converted to YT short and shared.

General
Marketing budget has been adjusted and shared with Martin. Recent design work - Rikupekka has sent an email asking for payment.
Github README is starting to come together.

Plone.org

News and Events
Two news items created on plone.org - Bucharest Sprint report, and "First time sprinter" report.

Plone Conference 2025
Early bird ticket sales have started and people are buying :partying_face:

Newsletter
April edition coming out after WPD

Plone Tune-up
Next one is on April 18: Easter weekend, but decided to not move the day. Let's see who shows up :rabbit_face:

Next meeting is scheduled for April 22, 2025.

I think that posting the news (a snippet with a link) also as this forum topic can be useful. For example I rarely check plone.org (my bad!) so the marketing minutes are the plone.org updates for me :slight_smile:

Click on the link in the minutes to get to the news item. Those two items are still to be posted across all channels, just a bit snowed under with WPD.
