Website analytics were reviewed, with a planned session during the next Plone Tune-up to analyze data.
Plone.org Website Updates: Continued focus on migration to VLT (Sally and Brian), updates to the "Plone in numbers" section, and adding all social links to the footer.
News and Events: Publishing the Plone 6.1 release news item (Rikupekka to work on Fred's draft), promoting the GSoC and Bucharest Sprint on social media, and creating case studies.
Plone Conference 2025: Planning for the 2025 conference, including ticket sales and the conference website
Newsletter: The April 2025 newsletter is coming up, it will again focus on links to new content on plone.org, calls to action, and subscriber growth strategies (utilizing YouTube and Twitch). Send date after WPD.
Plone Tune-up (March 21st): Planning for the Tune-up, including social media promotion, a forum post, Discord invite, and potential AMA via the Twitch stream with Gouveia. Topics for the Tune-up include Wikipedia page editing, the GITHUB readme and a brainstorming session on website analytics. General website improvements and a review of the marketing team's communication channels were also addressed.
Many action items were assigned to various attendees, with several tasks marked as complete. The next meeting is scheduled for March 25, 2025.
