is there any live chat options in plone or any addons helps to add that functionality?
I think in the past GitHub - collective/collective.xmpp.chat did deliver.
It is anyway unmaintained and I am not sure how easy is to port it to Plone 6.
i can't buildout that addon it throws this error ----->
ValueError: not enough values to unpack (expected 1, got 0)
I did not say it would have been easy 
Most probably there are some changes to do in that addon

This software is ten years old…forget it. No, there is no chat solution for Plone. If you need something, integrate a third party solution that fits your needs.
