Hi, I'm new in Plone platform and I install Plone 3.3.5 on windows 7 and I'm trying to Install the two ( in the title) and I can't find any solution online all result are ways to install it on linux based OS

Switch to Linux or install a Microsoft compiler like Visual C++ for compiling the dependencies.

Is there any reason why you use Plone 3 ?
If not; install Plone 4 or Plone 5
