Package libjpeg62-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
libjpeg62-turbo-dev

E: Package 'libjpeg62-dev' has no installation candidate

Your question answers itself. Please take the time to read the output from the tools you use.

Thanks

STOP creating a new thread for each little tiny installation issue. You opened already a thread. Any again: READ and UNDERSTAND the output of your error messages. Otherweise you should not touch the Plone installation if you are ignorant about speaking and clear error messages.

I am here but with an error in the last step for installing PLONE

The error message tells you that some package could not be downloaded from https://files.pythonhosted.org due to a Name or service not known. This means, that at the time of your execution, the DNS name server could not resolve "files.pythonhosted.org". Likely, this is a temporary problem: it will go away, when "files.pythonhosted.org" gets accessible again from your environment. Of course, in principle, "files.pythonhosted.org" might have gone permanently.

Talking in potentia, but as that's part of the PyPa infrastructure, there is a status page for that (expand the PyPi section):
https://status.python.org/

Thanks
But what can I do for this problem?

Retry the "buildout" run. If it has been a temporary problem, the trial may work. If it does not - and following the previous message you observe that files.pythonhosted.org is alive, then you have some local problem (maybe, a local firewall blocks access to this site) and must locally see how you can fix it.
