Why would you share a proposal in public?
A proposal is your personal application.
Take your time providing a solid proposal by yourself.
AI and copy&paste does not increase your chances.
Either shine or stay away.
Cheating is not welcome and not helpful.

Have you not made a project proposal before?
I would think GSoC has examples or you could look some up.
Otherwise a generic project proposal would be a good start.
