How to generate Document preview in commits

Hii, I am wondering how the preview link is getting generated in commits or how to do it.

I tried using make rtd-pr-preview in training
but

There's also now a new GitHub app that makes it even easier and removes the requirement of adding a webhook to a repo, but I haven't configured that with RTD and the Plone repositories yet.
