GSoC 2025 Volto Projects – New to Volto, React-Savvy

Hi Plone Community,

I’m eyeing "Volto themes" (React, 175h) and "Workflow manager for Volto" (React + Python, 350h). I’m new to Volto but bring experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Django, Docker, and GitHub. (Also dabbling in Rust and Neovim.)

As a Volto newbie:

  • Any small tasks to try before March 24, 2025?
  • What do mentors like Rafael or E.S. Tyrer look for in proposals?

I was working for the keywordmanager for volto .But i didn't see keywordmanager project in the updated list of GSOC projects. Is it taken out or will be updated with some modification??
