Thanks Astrid, to pick this up.
The Open Source Multiverse Conference is looking to get some presentations from outstanding Open Source Communities with a link to Higher Education Institutions. So it would be a good opportunity to market Plone within this community. The conference will be 03.–05. März 2027 at Leibniz Universität Hannover

Call for Papers is still open till 27th of September. Especcially one Presentation about how an open source community is stable for more than 20 years could fit perfectly into the strategy track.

@tisto would that be a conference where you could attend and present?
I did submit a presentation for a completely different topic, but I could also submit another short lightning-talk-like presentation about Plone and the Plone Community.
