Error on opening content folder - unable to get to contents

Hi folks, One of my content editors appears to have lost a whole folder after uploading documents and linking them via another page. I cannot seem to get into the folder now it provides the following error data. Any help would be AMAZING!

There's an error in the portlets on the left column. Try to add /folder_contents to the url and go to portlet section. Otherwise, go directy adding @@manage-portlets

Thanks so much for responding Yuri, No joy with either method :frowning: both display additional errors. Is there a way I can reset the portlets prior to attempting to load it?
