I have released 5.2.4 yesterday evening, so the exact versions that should be used are finally known. I have opened an issue to create an installer.

I fixed and merged the installer branch, the unified installer build will be available as a Github actions artifact and needs an upload to the official locations (at the time of writing the GHaction is still running).

There is a tarball and a zip. Contents should be the same, but zip is apparently easier for Windows.
