Hello all!
I had doubts about my first plone installation with the simple plone builder on Windows 10 so I uninstalled it and tried to install it again...
But now it’s a hell, I follow the exact same steps that I followed the first time with the simple plone buildout (https://codingtrabla.blogspot.com/2018/01/install-plone-cms-508-on-windows.html)…
Everything seems ok, it give me the same files than the first time except for the bin !
I have no instance file in the bin folder, only develop.exe and develop-script.py …
What is my problem? Can somebody help me?

Ok I got a solution:
I think there's a problem with the plone 5.1 release, I tried again with the plone 5.0.8 version and it worked perfectly
