Hi,
I'd like to link the current classic-UI toolbar issue here to get a broader audience for feedback.

And if you like please answer the questions:

I need the toolbar placed at the top

  • yes I need it
  • no, go ahead and remove it

Update: toolbar placing on top is implemented as a draft now ... see github issue for progress on this.
