Bad quoting by enail gateway

In "Adding BooleanIndex via ZMI results in "NotFound" - #4 by dieter", I replied with a "text/plain" message containing "<URL>" via email. The mail gateway did not quote the "<", making the post difficult to understand.

The mail gateway should properly quote incoming "text/plain" messages.

I fear we can not do much about it, since we are using Discourse as-is.

A bug report upstream might help to raise awareness, it is FOSS (but with a company behind, not that community driven). And they communicate a way to report bugs. OK, it is not how I would handle it but might work.
