Background image not appearing on text block with volto-block-style

Hi,

I installed volto-block-style (v5.2.5) and added a background image to a text block but it does not render. I can see it's there on inspecttion:
<p class="styled-slate has--backgroundImage--http://localhost:3000/stats-background.jpeg has--stretch--fit styled styled-with-bg">This is some text</p>

Is is this working for anyone else?
