I'm new to plone - trying to add both Google Analytics and Google Ad word Scripts for Remarketing purposes. Unfamiliar with the process for scripting in plone - any good resources?

You can add your scripts in the Site Settings section into the box labeled JavaScript for web statistics support as described here: https://docs.plone.org/adapt-and-extend/config/site.html.
