[WORKAROUND AVAILABLE] Is anyone using macOS Big Sur (Intel Chip) and Plone 4 buildouts?

We're having issues with setuptools not finding eggs right after compilation:

Is anyone with a similar setup that have a working environment?

Could you try again with setuptools 42.0.2? I remember having issues wirh python 2.7, zc.buildout and setuptools with setuptools > 42 .

Unfortunately, same error.
