Which TinyMCE to use with Plone 4.2.7 and plone4.csrffixes?

In a Plone 4.2.7 site, the link and image insert modals don't work if plone4.csrffixes.

Which versions should one use?

Even with latest plone4.csrffixes? I thought we fixed a bug with it. plone4.csrffixes should be fixed to address the issue it is causing.

testing myself. Looks like tinymce insert link works randomly with or without plone4.csrffixes.

upgrading plone4.csrffixes to 1.0.6 did the trick.
