Upgrading 4.1.6 to 4.2.1

Hello Plone gods. I am trying to upgrade an instance from 4.1.6 to 4.2.1 and I get many errors. I was hoping if any of you could help me get through them.

Obviously the module collective.xdv does not seem to be compatible.

Answer is to migrate your theming stuff to plone.app.theming...this xdv stuff is ancient and has no longer a life in Plone 4.
