I discovered something new today, maybe useful for others too ?
The TinyMCE table style actually let you select more than one style at the moment.
So, instead of having "listing" and "blue" and "blue-listing", I can actually do with just "listing" and "blue" and enable both when I need a blue listing.
(or the other way around: If listing has borders and you combine it with "invisible grid", you get a listing without borders)
