Scheduled content not show until cache reset

I have done more test, I removed Varnish and use nginx direct infront of plone.

The 8081 showed the new item ontime, but nginx (normal https) don't show it.

I try quite nginx, but this don't help. After restarting plone the content appears.

Anyone have idea how this happen?

do some screenshots on the caching control panels screens, maybe something is wrong there.

it's the rules set it use after import and I selected without cache server
